normal people living normal lives
in a state of blissful normalcy.
They let others lead while they
purchased and played with a
naïve and blind complacency.
Then one day a rude awakening
came as they lost their jobs and
homes to greedy aristocracy.
They rose up in great numbers,
poured into the streets, with one
voice demanding fair economy:
“Of the people, for the people,
by the people,” they cried out,
fed up with all the idiocracy!
“Occupy America, all you young
and old patriots alike, join the
call for a fair democracy!”
